Everything came like I picked it, no missing stuff or wrong scents. Shipping did take a little longer then I expected, but at least the order was right so I’m happy with it.

ordering from urbanicebotanicals.com was a average experience for me. The website was simple enough to navigate, so that part was fine, but the shipping took longer than I thought it would and I didn’t really get many updates along the way.

The product itself wasn’t bad, just not something that really impressed me. Maybe it works better for someone else, but I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to order it again.

I was interested because the products seemed more natural and not packed with harsh ingredients, but I’ll be honest, I’m always a little worried about getting fooled by nice branding and big promises. The scent was fine, kind of earthy, but nothing amazing. My skin didn’t react badly or anything, which was good, but I also didn’t notice much of a difference. For the price, I expected more. It might work better for someone else, but it just wasn’t really for me.

The box arrived totally crushed. I know companies always say everything is “packed with care” and all that, but this sure didn’t look like it. Luckily the item wasn’t completely ruined, but the packaging was in rough shape.

I’ve been using their acne products for about a month now, my skin is way less dramatic than it was before. My breakouts definitely aren’t totally gone, but they’re not nearly as red and angry, and they seem to heal so much faster. I did get a little dryness in the beginning, which is why I wouldn’t give it a perfect 5 stars, but overall it really helped my skin calm down
